From Habit to Choice
How to Reset Your Relationship with Alcohol
FREE WORKSHOP with Annie Knowles
For thoughtful, high-functioning people who are starting to question their drinking habits and want a clearer way forward.
17th March 7:30 pm UK time
If you’ve ever thought:
Why is it harder than it should be to cut back?
Why does alcohol take up so much space in my thinking?
Would I feel different if I stepped away from it for a while?
You are not the only one asking these questions.
Many capable people reach a point where their drinking no longer feels quite right. Life is functioning well. Work is demanding. Nothing dramatic has happened. Yet the pattern with alcohol starts to feel tiring.
This session is an opportunity to pause and look at those habits more honestly.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
Why cutting back often feels harder than expected
How stress, routines and environment shape drinking habits
Why capable, successful people often stay stuck in the same patterns
What begins to change when people take a break from alcohol
How people move from reacting automatically to making clearer choices
This session is particularly relevant if you
Work in a demanding or high pressure role
Feel curious about life without alcohol
Have tried to cut back but slipped back into familiar patterns
Want to feel calmer, clearer and more in control of your choices
By the end of the session you will have a clearer understanding of what is happening with your habits and what your options might look like if you decide to change them.
